术后肠粘连、不完全性肠梗阻案

请分析治疗思路
自己的医案应该很清晰的
有几个问题请教：
1.什么样的腹痛用芍药？
2.便溏者白芍不宜
3.补中益气为什么去陈皮？
4.枳术丸您平素用炒白术吗？还是此案便溏才用炒的？
