孕妇可以吃冰镇的冷饮和凉食么? 酷暑当头,很多人都喜欢吃些凉食来消暑,准妈妈能不能吃凉食呢?又该如何吃呢?
  炎炎夏日,很多人都喜欢吃一些冰冷的食物来抵御夏季的炎热,准妈妈们也不例外,可是,准妈妈该怎样吃才能保证不影响到腹中胎宝宝的健康呢?
  可以吃冷饮吗?
  很多准妈妈怀孕后很喜欢吃凉的,甚至在冬天也大量吃冷饮等口感比较凉的食物,这和怀孕后人体代谢快有关,准妈妈吃原的食物会感觉比较舒服。 般来说,准妈妈喝加冰块的水没问题的,但要适当地少喝。尤其在怀孕晚期,准妈妈的胃黏膜充血,如果过量喝凉的饮料,胃黏膜受到刺激后很容易引发急性胃炎、腹泻等有的还会呕吐,在这种刺激下很可能引起宫缩、导致早产。准妈妈们可以适当吃雪糕、冰淇淋等凉的食物,但一定要适可而止。如果夏天在冷气房反而该喝点温热的饮品,加速循环。冷饮则适合在室外喝,并且在口中稍微停留再吞下去。其实,准妈妈可以常喝些非冰镇清凉饮品,比如绿豆汤、各种现榨果汁等,既解暑又味美。
  爱吃凉面可以多吃吗?
  准妈妈吃的是过水的面条没关系,但准妈妈应避免吃冷面等食物,因冷面多难以消化,容易伤及脾胃,并便准妈妈营养吸收受到影响,不能保证自身和宝宝的营养需求。尤其是肠胃不好的准妈妈,更是应该慎食。
  可以吃凉菜吗?
  太冰凉的食物会造成血液停留在胃肠,不但不能解暑,还便血液循环下降,体温调节失衡。再者,虽然产前亦需凉补,但生菜类、生鱼片因未经过煮熟杀菌,容易造成腹泻的状况,腹泻也容易引起宫缩,从而造成早产。且冰冷的食物会影响呼吸的器官,造成宝宝过敏体质。特别现在是夏天,准妈妈抵抗力、肠胃功能都不太好,建议少吃为好。

  传统观念上,将冰镇水果划入准妈妈饮食禁忌之列,其理由是准妈妈胃肠功能脆弱,进冷食会伤脾胃,闹肚子。其实,前述饮品并非为所有准妈妈所禁忌,应以因人而异和因时而异的原则来把握。炎热的夏季,吃冰镇西瓜、冰镇苹果有利于降温消暑,当然,即使不是夏天,如果怀孕前习惯吃冷凉食物喝冷饮,肠胃能够良好适应,那怀孕时也可以适量地少食一些。但定要注意卫生,不要贪食过多,以免影响消化功能。对于怀孕前无冷食习惯的准妈妈,或怀孕前肠胃功能欠佳、有肠胃炎症的准妈妈,则应完全避免冷食。
