孕妇可以吃冰镇的冷饮和凉食么？

可以吃冷饮吗?
很多准妈妈怀孕后很喜欢吃凉的，甚至在冬天也大量吃冷饮等口感比较凉的食物，这和怀孕后人体代谢快有关，准妈妈吃原的食物会感觉比较舒服。 般来说，准妈妈喝加冰块的水没问题的，但要适当地少喝。尤其在怀孕晚期，准妈妈的胃黏膜充血，如果过量喝凉的饮料，胃黏膜受到刺激后很容易引发急性胃炎、腹泻等有的还会呕吐，在这种刺激下很可能引起宫缩、导致早产。准妈妈们可以适当吃雪糕、冰淇淋等凉的食物，但一定要适可而止。如果夏天在冷气房反而该喝点温热的饮品，加速循环。冷饮则适合在室外喝，并且在口中稍微停留再吞下去。其实，准妈妈可以常喝些非冰镇清凉饮品，比如绿豆汤、各种现榨果汁等，既解暑又味美。
爱吃凉面可以多吃吗?
准妈妈吃的是过水的面条没关系，但准妈妈应避免吃冷面等食物，因冷面多难以消化，容易伤及脾胃，并便准妈妈营养吸收受到影响，不能保证自身和宝宝的营养需求。尤其是肠胃不好的准妈妈，更是应该慎食。
