高考前七天完美备考方案之心理攻略
本周已进入高考最后倒计时,有不少考生出现紧张情绪,严重的甚至发展成为“考试焦虑症”。如何避免高度焦虑,及时调节自己的心理状态和饮食起居以适应高考的要求?考前需做好哪些方面的准备?记者为此采访了上海中学资深班主任孙亚帆、复旦附中曾德琨老师、东格致中学心理教师印丽华、瑞金医院青少年心理咨询中心金武官教授,为考生打造完美备考方案之心理攻略。
【考前准备】
考前七天备考“指南+方案”
(一)备考做到“五准备”
1、知识准备:教材读透,仔细回顾知识点,知识框架胸中有数。
2、精神准备:要有明确目标,有信心,也要做好两种准备。不要焦虑。
3、体力准备:考生和家长都要特别注意饮食起居的卫生、健康和规律。科学地安排一天的复习和休息。
4、物质准备:提前一到两天,准备好所有考试所需的物品,并统一收纳放在一个包袋里面。准考证、身份证是重中之重,两证缺一不可,都要妥善保管。检查考试用品是否齐全。
5、技术准备:考前可以提前到考场进行“实地考察”,特别是所在的考场位置和自己的座次。
(二)考前七天“巧”安排
1、5月30日、31日,6月1日???前三天梳理期
这三天建议考生着重进行知识结构的梳理工作,把各学科的教科书、考纲好好看一看。
2、6月2日、3日、4日???中三天模拟期
这三天建议考生完全对应高考7、8、9日三天的考试日程安排进行模拟训练。每天限定时间做一张模拟卷。让考生的应试状态和生理兴奋点都能调节到最佳状态
3、6月5日、6日???后两天休整期
考前最后的两天,不主张考生再进行集中、大量的复习。5日白天可以就前两天模拟卷上反映的问题再进行一次查漏补缺。晚上,开始整理好考试必要的物品,如果有缺漏的还能有时间及时补上。到了6日,希望考生还是以休息、放松心情为主。

【招术1】认知调节
对于高考生而言,保持一个积极良好的心理状态非常重要。因此在认知上,不要把高考看得太恐怖、太沉重,只要把高考当作平时普通的考试,保持平常心就可以了。
考生感到紧张、有压力时,可以自己给自己做一些心理暗示,让自己放轻松,相信自己一定能考好。同时,也可以借助运动、听音乐等方式来放松心情。如果平时不爱做运动的考生,可以考虑做一些小范围的运动。最主要的就是要根据自己的习惯和喜好选择,这样才能真正起到调节的作用。
【招术2】制订计划
考生可根据自己的作息习惯,制订最后这段时间的复习、生活计划。制订的计划计划性要强,学习时间、休息时间,甚至个人卫生时间都可详细地列出来。计划的制订要有张有驰,时间安排上可以采用前紧后松的形式。
【招术3】冥想法缓解焦虑
在心理学上有一种快乐冥想法,对于缓解焦虑有很好的作用。考生在感到紧张时,可以闭上眼睛,想象过去经历的快乐往事,最好可以想到笑出声来。此外,放松肌肉对精神减压也有一定的作用。
-考前一周
保持状态、调整心态不要想自己会落榜高三考生要以平稳的心态来参加高考,保持积极的、适度紧张的稳定情绪去迎接考试。在高考最后一个星期内,考生们不要再去想自己填了哪些志愿,如果一旦落榜会怎样,该怎样给自己留后路,这反而会影响考试状态。
-考前一天
仍按平时一样复习有的考生认为考前一天该好好放松,有的就大睡、大玩。这是不妥的,应按“平时如考时,考时如平时”的原则来渡过考前、考时。这一天仍按平时一样复习。上床睡眠时间应不早不晚。这一晚如果真的没合眼,只要不太当回事,对第一天的考试并没有太大影响。
-高考当天
给自己良好心理暗示高考当天早晨,考生可以给自己一些良好的心理暗示,如“我很放松,今天一定能正常发挥”、“我已经很认真做好复习,肯定会考好的”等,自信地前往考点。去年就有学生穿了一件新衣服去应考,让自己有个好心情。
